Strategic Communication within Saudi Arabia’s Transformative Context

This presentation explored how strategic communication leadership is enacted within Saudi Arabia’s rapidly transforming sociocultural environment. Drawing on empirical research with practitioners in publicly listed organisations, the study examined how communicative inequality is negotiated through leadership practices, organisational relationships, and cultural values. The findings challenge universal assumptions about strategic communication and offer insights from a context that remains under-represented in global scholarship.
